Our two primary online data management systems, Compass and CompassMatch, are currently in use by education program staff at hundreds of locations across the country.  The Compass student tracking system facilitates program data collection, reporting, and evaluation. CompassMatch expedites the recording, calculation, and reporting of in-kind contributions from grant partners.

 

CoBro technicians customize both systems specifically to the needs of each individual program. We provide comprehensive system support, including secure data hosting, an array of technical support options, and ongoing system user training.

 

CoBro technicians work directly with school districts and state or national agencies to coordinate routine data file transmissions and uploads. Our technicians adhere to strict standards of data security and confidentiality, and conform to relevant state and federal guidelines such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
